说真的，编剧开篇的冷水，只有创过业的人才能深切体会，创业是极其艰难的。没有下定决心死磕到底，千万不要盲目创业。
从整个创业的过程中，编剧围绕三大核心理念‘搭班子，搞战略，带队伍’出发，从初创到发展，从运营到管理，从渺小到壮大，给创业者在出发前，做了一个个路标，帮助创业者理性创业，提前捋清了思路，每一步有一个航线上的灯塔在那里，上面写着：我们来过这里，九死一生。因此，创业者将此剧作为军规一点也不为过。

虎头蛇尾的一部作品吧，前面可以看得出编剧是认真调研分析思考的，后面估计编剧忙着去玩金融捞钱了，明显写的很乱且缺少自己的解读和思考！

看了两遍。 相比较延禧攻略，还是更喜欢这里面的富察傅恒，喜欢这里的那拉氏。 没有那么多矫揉造作，感觉比其他的宫斗文要舒服的多。 嗯……还是更喜欢德妃💛
编剧走了捷径，利用了几年来发生过的真实事件和案例，融入主人公的创业史中。有意思的是，既能隐约看出当年的几大舆论焦点，又看到了一些幕后隐秘，虽然也可能是编剧编造出来的，但大体应该是符合实际的。工人阶级有力量，尤其团结起来力量无穷。部分工人也有眼界窄自私自利的毛病，但总体还是朴素的。知识分子就不同了，靠着知识做害人的勾当，更是比之没知识的坏人更加恶劣百倍千倍不止。

看多了奇巧诡异的宫斗，反而被书中恬淡温馨的后宫迷住了。宫廷戏中非常罕见的三观端正，高大宫墙之内，平凡的主角和居家过日子一样的后宫，让人看着竟然十分舒服。编剧的文笔也很好，描写细腻，有不少好句可圈可点。
